Great Grandmother of Ronald Paul Stockton. Information from research by William W. Stockton. On the 1860 Federal Census for Union Co, IA, Lida is listed as "Elisa A. Peck" and her age is shown as 11/12 in the month of June. Lida Ann is also shown on the 1880 Federal census for Saline Co., KS as "E.A. Stockton" , wife of Levi M. Stockton. From these records I assume she did not like the name Elisa and used the name Lida instead.
